At Serene Heart Counselling & Psychotherapy, we recognize that reaching out for support is a meaningful and often courageous step. Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions, our team is here to support you with compassion. Our multidisciplinary team offers psychotherapy, social work services, clinical hypnosis, naturopathic support, and psychoanalytic approaches.

Who We Support & Our Approach

We offer both in-person sessions in Milton and secure virtual therapy across Ontario. Our clinicians support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational concerns.

Getting Started

New Clients: We recommend booking a complimentary 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and be thoughtfully matched with a clinician who aligns with your goals.

Returning Clients: You may book your next session directly through the portal. If your therapist is not currently visible, they may be at capacity. Please contact our administrative team, and we will be happy to assist you with scheduling.

Our administrative team is available to assist with appointment booking, therapist matching, and any general inquiries to help ensure a smooth and supportive experience.

Please Note: Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including same-day bookings. As a result, same-day appointments are considered final once booked and are not eligible for cancellation without charge, as 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
